Role OverviewAs an Assistant Teacher, you will help create a classroom filled with discovery, creativity, learning, and joy. You will support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth.
What You Will Do
Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom, engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time, and build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication.

Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
- Genuine care for children and a commitment to their safety and well-being
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with families
- Physical ability to meet the demands of working with young children
