Role OverviewAs a Bus Driver at Child Development Schools, you will support our center by providing safe, reliable transportation for our students to and from school and/or activities. You may also be supporting classrooms, working alongside your Lead Teacher, you will support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth.
What You Will Do
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements, Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for our Before and After School programs, Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time, Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher, Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication, Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports, Maintain a safe Bus environment

Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
- Genuine care for children and a commitment to their safety and well-being
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with families
- Physical ability to meet the demands of working with young children
- Clean driving record
