What You Will Do
The Lead Teacher will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program. They will also observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field
- Associate's degree in the above fields plus 2 years of relevant experience
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials plus 2 years of relevant experience
- 18 years of age
- Pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks
- Be medically fit to perform job duties, including a clear TB test
