Role OverviewJoin our team as a Childcare Lead Teacher and help set the foundation for our future. We're a small, family-focused childcare center with a passion for quality early childhood education. As a Lead Teacher, you'll be responsible for the health and safety of children, preparing and implementing hands-on activities, and building strong family relationships through goal setting and engagement in classroom activities.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include actively supervising children, preparing and implementing activities, and communicating with families through daily messages, pictures, and videos. You'll also be responsible for enrolling in and completing training through our training platforms.

Requirements
- Experience working with young children
- Coursework in early childhood education or a related field
- CPL 1, 2, or 3 certification
- Ability to work as a team
- Support for families through daily communication
