Role OverviewThe Multi-Site Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation of sites, visiting sites regularly, supporting teachers, and building relationships with school building staff. This is a part-time, non-exempt role for someone who is organized and dependable.
What You Will Do
The Multi-Site Director will oversee staffing, enrollment, compliance, and building partnerships. Key responsibilities include actively recruiting and hiring staff, building daily and weekly staff schedules, and maintaining a reliable substitute list. They will also monitor enrollment, ensure program quality, and report observations to their supervisor.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Meet one of the following qualification pathways:
- Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Guidance, Human Services, Nursing, Psychology, Physical Education, Recreation, Child Psychology, the Arts, Social Work, Sociology, Child Care, or a related field, with at least 6 months of experience working with school-age children.
- Associate's degree in one of the fields listed above, with at least 9 months of experience working with school-age children.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience working with school-age children.
- At least 6 months of administrative experience, or Completion of at least 9 college credits in management or administration from an accredited institution of higher education.
