Role OverviewThe Site Director will lead the Before and After School Program at Golden Hill Elementary School in Florida, NY. The role involves ensuring program compliance, leading engaging activities, and overseeing daily operational tasks. The Site Director will work a split shift schedule, with morning and afternoon programs.

The main responsibilities include ensuring program compliance, planning and leading activities, and managing daily operations. The Site Director will also communicate with parents and caregivers through the Playground App and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care and strong staff morale.

Requirements
- Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- NY State Children’s Program Administrator Credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- School-Age Child Care Credential or equivalent office-recognized credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
