Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with NJ State Childcare regulations
  • Superior administrative and supervisory skills
  • Excellent customer service and parent communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering excellent programs and managing personnel expenses
