Role OverviewWe are hiring a Childcare Site Director for our After School Program at Patrick Springs Primary School in Patrick Springs, VA for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will love working with kids, bringing energy, kindness, and patience to each day, and enjoying encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
What You Will Do
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment, and support program operations.

Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Meet one Virginia-approved qualification pathway
- Management experience or completion of a management course
