The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, be reliable and organized, and be committed to providing exceptional care.
What You Will Do
The Childcare Site Director will facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, provide a safe and healthy environment, and observe state guidelines and program policies. They will also support program operations, including attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.

Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Meet one Virginia-approved qualification pathway
- Have management experience or complete a management training course
- Successfully complete all pre-employment screenings required by Virginia state regulations
