Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Site Director to oversee our Before and After School Program at Mercer Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. If you love working with children, leading engaging activities, and being part of a positive, supportive team, you’ll help shape a safe and fun environment where kids can grow and thrive.
What You Will Do
Facilitating hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, providing a safe, healthy, and fun environment, observing state guidelines, and acting as a positive role model for children in the program.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent documentation from a recognized educational institution.
- TB Skin Test or Health Professional Statement free from TB.
- Candidates must meet one of the following: Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education and Development, Associate’s degree or higher in another field, plus either 12 hours of child development training or three years of verifiable full-time paid experience working directly with children in a school-based program, or Director’s Credential in Early Childhood Development, plus one year of verifiable full-time paid experience working directly with children in a school-based program, or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, plus one year of verifiable paid experience working directly with children in a school-based program, or High school diploma, plus three years of verifiable full-time paid experience working directly with children in a school-based program.
