Role OverviewThe Childcare Site Director oversees all aspects of the after school program and summer camp, ensuring high-quality care and a positive experience for children, families, and staff. The role involves ensuring compliance with state regulations, planning engaging activities, and maintaining effective communication with parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities include program compliance, program leadership, program management, family communication, and team collaboration. You will plan and lead activities, oversee daily operations, maintain communication with parents, and support a positive team environment.

Requirements
- Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- NY State Children’s Program Administrator Credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- School-Age Child Care Credential or equivalent office-recognized credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
