Role OverviewLead a structured school-based program with clear leadership support, overseeing day-to-day quality, staff supervision, and Pennsylvania DHS/OCDEL compliance. Work under the guidance of a Regional Director.
What You Will Do
Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain child and staff files, lead engaging activities, actively supervise children and staff, and oversee daily attendance, registration, and scheduling.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
- Bachelor's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13.
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 3 years of experience working with children under 13.
- Associate's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 4 years of experience working with children under 13.
- Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks
- Must be medically fit to perform job duties which includes a clear TB.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
