Role OverviewThe Childcare Site Supervisor – After School will be responsible for facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and healthy environment, and acting as a positive role model for children in the program. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for observing state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies. This position is well-suited for parents, education majors, and retirees who enjoy working with children and being part of a mission-driven team.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Childcare Site Supervisor – After School will include facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and healthy environment, and observing state guidelines and program policies. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for accurate attendance records, registration, and staffing.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat
- Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children
