Role OverviewThe Childcare Site Supervisor will lead engaging activities and create a safe and fun environment for children in the Before and After School Program. The role requires a part-time commitment with a split shift schedule, facilitating hands-on activities, and providing a positive role model for children.
What You Will Do
The Site Supervisor will facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children. They will also observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Warm, friendly, and upbeat
- Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children
