Role OverviewThis position is for a Site Supervisor for our Before and After School Program at East Coldenham Elementary School in Newburgh, NY. The Site Supervisor will help shape a safe and fun environment where kids can grow and thrive. The role is part-time, non-exempt, and requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for 1 year of experience working with kids under 13.
What You Will Do
The Site Supervisor will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program. They will also observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.

Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Warm, friendly, and upbeat
- Exceptional people skills
- Professional, reliable, and prompt
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children
