Role OverviewThe Childcare Site Supervisor – Before School will be responsible for leading engaging activities, creating a safe and fun environment for children, and working with a positive and supportive team. The role is well-suited for parents, education majors, and retirees who enjoy working with children and giving back to the community.
What You Will Do
The Site Supervisor will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children. They will also observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
