Role OverviewThe Childcare Site Supervisor – Before School will lead engaging activities, create a safe and fun environment for kids, and be part of a positive, supportive team. This position is well-suited for parents, education majors, or retirees who enjoy working with children and giving back to the community.
What You Will Do
The Site Supervisor will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children. They will also observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children
