What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring a safe and healthy environment, creating engaging lessons, supporting children's social and emotional development, and building strong partnerships with families.

Requirements
- At least 21-years-old for school age teacher to drive the mini-van
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- EDU119/NCECC cert. or a degree in early childhood or related field required for lead teachers
- TAs and Floater teachers must have EDU119/NCECC cert. or enroll within 6 months of hire date
- Degree in ECE or a related field preferred
- Previous experience working in licensed childcare required
- Ability to pass background checks & health assessments
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies
