Role OverviewThe Children's Dream Team Leader helps create a culture where volunteers are recruited, equipped, onboarded, cared for, and empowered to use their God-given gifts to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families. Through intentional leadership, relationship-building, and volunteer development, this role helps ensure that every child experiences the love of Jesus through a healthy and thriving Kidscoast Dream Team.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include volunteer recruitment & onboarding, weekend ministry leadership, event leadership & volunteer management, communication & systems, and team participation & church engagement.

Requirements
- Christ Follower
- Committed follower of Jesus Christ
- Fully supports and models the mission, vision, values, and beliefs of Seacoast Church
- Demonstrates a growing personal relationship with Jesus through prayer, Scripture, and active participation in the life of the church
- Passionate about helping children and families grow in their faith
- Experience recruiting, leading, coaching, or caring for volunteer teams preferred
- Strong relational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify, develop, and empower volunteer leaders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable learning and utilizing ministry software and digital tools
- Highly collaborative and committed to working within a team environment
- Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills
