Role OverviewKarate Zoo is a fun, high-energy martial arts program for children. As a Children's Karate Instructor, you will lead small groups of preschool and/or elementary-age children in a fun and positive learning environment. You will be responsible for creating a fun, engaging atmosphere and leading activities to help children develop valuable life skills through martial arts.

Requirements
- Must enjoy working with children and creating a fun, positive learning environment
- Passion for science, medicine, education, or hands-on learning
- Comfortable leading small groups of preschool and/or elementary-age children
- Reliable, energetic, patient, and professional
- Must be able to follow lesson plans and bring activities to life in an engaging way
- Must pass a DCF background check and meet all required childcare/school clearance requirements
- Reliable transportation required

- Starting Pay (Assistant Instructor during training): $20/hour
- Instructor Pay (after successful training): $25/hour
