Role OverviewAs a Children's Karate Instructor, you will lead small groups of preschool and/or elementary-age children in a fun, high-energy martial arts program. You will create a positive learning environment, build confidence, discipline, focus, respect, and coordination in students while teaching them the fundamentals of martial arts.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include teaching and motivating students, following lesson plans, and bringing activities to life in an engaging way. You will also be responsible for passing a DCF background check and meeting all required childcare/school clearance requirements.

- Comfortable leading small groups of preschool and/or elementary-age children
- Reliable, energetic, patient, and professional
- Must be able to follow lesson plans and bring activities to life in an engaging way
- Must pass a DCF background check and meet all required childcare/school clearance requirements
