Role OverviewWe are seeking gentle, attentive, and Christ-centered individuals who are passionate about caring for children from newborn through two years old and partnering with parents during these foundational years. As a Nursery Teacher, you’ll help create a secure, welcoming, and prayerful first church experience for our youngest children while supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
What You Will Do
You’ll help create a safe, loving, and engaging ministry environment for infants and toddlers while supporting parents, volunteers, and the Kids Life team. You’ll care for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of children, engage children at their individual developmental stages, and teach assigned curriculum with enthusiasm.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum six months of volunteer, daycare, or teaching experience
- One year of volunteer, daycare, or teaching experience preferred
Benefits
- $14 per hour base pay
- $20 per hour Sunday premium rate
