Job Description
Victory City Church is seeking an experienced Kids Pastor to lead and build a dynamic ministry for 200+ children (birth–5th grade) each weekend. This individual will provide vision, leadership, and systems to ensure that every child and family is discipled through a Spirit-led, Bible-centered environment.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience leading Children's Ministry in a church of 500+
Experience leading volunteer teams of 50+ preferred
Proven track record of ministry growth and team development
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Passion for Spirit-filled ministry in the next generation
Excellent communication and relational abilities
