Job Description
Complete daily production paperwork, control chiller system temperatures, and participate as a member of the team.

Requirements

  • Ensure chiller temperatures are within HACCP guidelines.
  • Log chiller temperatures.
  • Fill and drain chillers, mop condensation.
  • Pick up floors around chillers.
  • Operate a pallet jack as needed.
  • Attend team meetings.
  • Foster cohesiveness within the team.
  • Maintain familiarity with Simmons’ operating systems and communicate concerns.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
