Role OverviewWe are seeking a confident and motivated Chiropractor to join our established, growing practice in Hampton, VA. This is a W-2 employed position with a guaranteed base salary plus up to $20,000 in additional performance compensation when on target.
What You Will Do
Perform chiropractic adjustments and extremity adjusting, conduct patient exams, re-exams, and progress evaluations, take and review X-rays and clinical findings, develop individualized treatment and wellness plans, educate patients and clearly communicate recommendations, identify patients who may benefit from rehabilitation, spinal decompression, or other supportive therapies, maintain timely and accurate documentation, collaborate with our experienced clinical and support team.

Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
- Virginia chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure
- Confident, skilled full-spine adjuster who is comfortable with techniques such as Diversified, Thompson Drop, and Activator
- Pediatric experience and Webster Certification are a plus, but not required
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
