Job Description
Join PerkinElmer as a Chromatography National Sales Manager and lead a team of sales representatives, business development managers, and field application scientists. Develop and execute a regional sales plan, promote sales strategies to C-Suite executives, and drive growth through instruments, consumables, and service revenue.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Science
  • Minimum 7+ years of direct sales experience selling into laboratories in the analytical markets
  • 5+ years of sales management experience leading a team of Territory Reps
  • Competitive nature and proven track record of consistent sales achievement
  • Extraordinary leadership skills
  • Proficiency working at the highest levels within customer organizations
  • Strong understanding of scientific applications and technological developments
  • Thorough understanding of business factors affecting customer account profitability
  • Role will require a home office and 50% travel at a minimum
