Church Planter in Residency

Movement Church is seeking a full-time church planter in residence to develop and deploy a church planter, with the goal of continuing as a full-time staff position as the planting pastor of the resulting church plant.

What You Will Do

The church planter will lead at an executive level in a church of 200 or more, form and execute a clear ministry strategy, and build a core team for launch.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal applicants will have solid communication and people skills, a heart for reaching the unchurched and those far from God, and a desire to be coached and developed into Movement's ministry model and culture.

Requirements

• Experience leading at an executive level in churches of 200 or more
• Theological education (at least 30 hours) from an accredited school or C&MA approved program
• Licensing and ordination with the C&MA
