Job Description
BWC is a dynamic organization that offers career opportunities across many different disciplines. BWC is seeking a Customer Service Assistant 1 to provide customer service via phone and in person, responding to general inquiries from injured workers, attorneys, and employers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling Independent Medical Examinations and coordinating with doctors on the BWC Disability Evaluators Panel.

Requirements

  • 3 months of training or experience in office practices & procedures
  • 1 course or 3 months of experience in public relations or customer service
  • 1 course or 3 months of experience in typing, keyboarding, data entry or word processing
  • 1 course or 3 months of experience in operation of personal computer
