Role OverviewAs a Senior Consultant, you will lead workstreams that help clients modernize enterprise technology platforms and operating models, with a strong focus on AI-enabled transformation. You will partner closely with senior technology leaders to shape pragmatic, value-driven strategies that embed AI into core platforms, translating complex architectural considerations into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
What You Will Do
Lead workstreams across platform strategy, IT strategy, and operating model design, facilitate workshops with CIO/CTO/CISO leaders, build board-ready roadmaps and investment cases, integrate AI enablement into platform and operating model strategies, and translate architecture constraints into practical sequencing and delivery approaches.

Requirements
- 5–8 years in technology strategy, architecture, or management consulting
- Strong foundation in platform strategy/enterprise architecture and transformation roadmaps
- Working knowledge of cloud strategy and operating model implications
- AI landscape fluency; able to design practical enablement approaches and guardrails
- Executive-ready communication and strong client presence
- Comfortable owning workstreams and leading teams in complex environments
