Role OverviewThe CIP Operator is responsible for ensuring optimum quality products by completing proper clean up and sanitation tasks, following regulatory standards and established Company policies and procedures. The schedule will be M-F 2:00am-10:30am and Saturdays as needed. The team is looking for a candidate who can effectively work in a team environment, able to legibly write entries for record keeping, and able to use company computer systems.
What You Will Do
Assemble and disassemble equipment for proper cleaning/sanitizing per manufacturer instructions, operate the CIP system to clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and pipelines, and complete basic preventive maintenance of gaskets, seals, “O” rings, plates, etc., on all product contact surfaces as needed.
