Role OverviewThe network engineer is responsible for supporting the agency's network operation, security, maintenance and collaboration with other agency departments and external organizations to provide a secure and effective network solution.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include responding to remote site circuit outages, router/switch/firewall issues, configuring and monitoring core to remote network equipment and similar tasks.

Requirements
- 8 years of experience supporting large enterprise network operations
- 8 years of experience implementing, upgrading and maintaining products from the CISCO suite of tools
- 8 years of experience planning, designing and implementing local and wide area networks
- 8 years of experience monitoring network infrastructure
- 8 years of experience performing ongoing maintenance and problem resolution
- Use of SecureCRT, Cisco Command Line Interface, and OSI
- Excellent communication skills
