Job Description
The Assistant Director of the Counselor in Training (CIT) program plays a vital role in supporting the growth and development of aspiring counselors. This role includes a combination of administrative duties, direct assistance to the CIT Director and CITs, and facilitating program activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a summer camp or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of the developmental needs of youth
  • Ability to relate and build positive relationships with both youth and adults
  • Strong leadership and organization skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (preferred)
