Job Description
Conduct hearings and make determinations on applications for correction of real property tax assessments. Evaluate credibility and weight of information presented in support of applications. Responsible for research, analysis, and valuation of all types of properties including the most complex and highest valued parcels for administrative assessment review.

Requirements

  • 2 years of satisfactory full-time experience in real estate work involving the valuation of real property
  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
  • Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Word
  • High school diploma or its educational equivalent
