Role OverviewThe City Dispatcher will oversee multiple terminal locations P+D Operations, providing training, supervision, and feedback to hourly Operations team members. They will manage the daily performance of the City Pickup and Delivery Operation, ensuring optimal safety, performance, on-time Service, cost control, and claims prevention.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include routing City operation, monitoring Line Haul operation, and solving problems regarding lost and missing freight. The City Dispatcher will also communicate efficiently with other departments to ensure a successful operation.

Requirements
- A minimum age of 18
- High School completion or equivalent
- Valid Driver License
- Supervisory experience required
- Ability to work any shift
- Must have the knowledge and ability to perform all Operations jobs in the Terminal including Dock, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Routing
