Job Description
The City Engineer will lead with excellence in both operational and engineering functions, overseeing infrastructure systems, traffic operations, transportation engineering, and capital projects. The role requires a commitment to safety, collaboration, and a unified “One City” approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
  • 8 years extensive engineering experience with a strong background in engineering and urban infrastructure
  • 8 years experience supervising work groups that are diverse in job skills, training, and duties
  • 8 years experience developing, monitoring, and regulating multiple budgets and projects
  • Valid driver's license
  • Professional Engineer License registered in Colorado or must become registered in Colorado within 6 months of hire date
