Job Description
The Citywide Constituency Affairs Lead will support the Citywide Constituency Affairs Director in building, maintaining, and updating processes to triage constituent matters, and ensure that agencies follow up on individual or communal constituency matters. The role also involves supporting constituent requests, representing the Mayor’s Office of Mass Engagement at city agency events, and other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Familiarity with basic digital tracking systems (Microsoft, Excel, AirTable)
  • Previous organizing experience, including as a volunteer
