Civic Policy Specialist - Fully Remote

The Civic Policy Specialist will construct public-sector scenarios for large-scale budget appropriations, multi-agency coordination, and complex regulatory or legislative review cycles at federal, state, and municipal levels. They will build civic tasks across public policy analysis, constituent services delivery, intergovernmental relations, public communications, and regulatory compliance. The Specialist will develop public administration scenarios using tools such as government ERP/case management systems, public records platforms, GIS systems, and constituent relationship management (CRM) tools.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Civic Policy Specialist will include applying public administration frameworks like policy impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and stakeholder engagement models to produce reference policy briefs, agency strategies, and executive/legislative communications. They will also author rubrics that distinguish authentic public-sector judgment from generic bureaucratic or textbook recall.
