Role Overview

The Civic Policy Specialist will construct public-sector scenarios, build civic tasks, and develop scenarios using government ERP/case management systems, public records platforms, GIS systems, and CRM tools. They will apply public administration frameworks such as policy impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and stakeholder engagement models. The Specialist will author rubrics to distinguish authentic public-sector judgment from generic bureaucratic recall.
