Job Description
We're looking for a Civil Construction Inspector 2 to join our team at HDR. As an employee-owner, you'll be fully engaged in creating a welcoming environment where each of us is valued and respected. You'll conduct and document observations of construction as it progresses, monitor progress on construction projects, and coordinate field materials sampling and testing.

Requirements

  • Technical school or Associate degree
  • Some demonstrated experience in construction inspection
  • Ability to interpret construction schedules
  • Minimum 3 years employment in civil, highway or appropriate engineering field
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Proven problem-solving and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • NICET Level II Certification Transportation/Highway Construction (preferred)
