Role OverviewHDR is seeking a Civil Coordinator/EIT to join a team of project engineers on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects. This role is based in Honolulu, Hawaii, and is part of an employee-owned company that values inclusion and collaboration.
What You Will Do
You will take responsibility for alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, and development of plans and construction estimates. You will also assist with the creation and submission of technical reports, specifications, and calculations.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field, and an Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate is preferred. Candidates without their EIT will be placed into a Design Coordinator job code and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.
