What You Will Do
Design and develop civil engineering projects, utilize CAD software, draft technical reports, manage projects, and communicate with clients and review agencies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT
- 3-4 years of experience in civil site design and land development (residential, commercial, or industrial)
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related civil design
- Knowledge of local, state (FDOT, FDEP, WMD), and federal regulations and permitting processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and time management skills
