4Creeks is seeking a Civil Engineer to work on our Land Development team, designing private development projects, managing project budgets, and building client relationships.

Requirements

  • Designing private development projects such as single-family or multi-family housing subdivisions, commercial real estate development projects, and industrial parks
  • Helping manage project budgets
  • Building client relationships
  • Quality control of Land Development projects
  • Overall project management
  • Managing and mentoring Engineers-In-Training and CAD Production staff
