Civil Engineer - Power Generation & Infrastructure

Requirements

• Provide on-site field engineering and quality control with company labor crews and contractors while construction is in progress.
• Perform data collection and data analysis including but not limited to horizontal and vertical surveying, well sampling, piezometer measurements, and other instrument measurements as needed.
• Document equipment standards and assist in the development of material and design standards to support project work.
• Assignments may involve specification writing, statement of work development, structural design support, hydraulic flow studies, dam engineering and stability calculations, gathering data and creating surveillance and monitoring reports, and varied civil design support on an on-going basis.
• Create or inform operations procedures and maintenance practices, as necessary, at project completion.
