Role OverviewLaBella Associates is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their Renewable Energy Group in Richmond, VA. The team provides comprehensive civil engineering and permitting services for utility-scale and distributed energy projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of design experience and proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or Microstation/InRoads.
What You Will Do
The Civil Engineer will contribute to all phases of Civil Engineering projects, including design concepts, detailed calculations, and project coordination. They will also manage bid phases and support projects through construction and final closeout.

Requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering
- 2-5 years of design experience
- FE certification is preferred
- Experience with renewable energy projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or Microstation/InRoads
- Experience with HydroCAD, AutoTURN
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with internal teams and external clients
