Role OverviewAs a Civil Engineer Project Manager, P.E., Team Lead at Crafton Tull, you will plan, design, and direct engineering projects such as streets, roads, residential and commercial developments, municipal projects, institutional facilities, industrial facilities, drainage projects, airports, and channels. You will work with a team of 3-10 employees and be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and aerial photographs to plan and design projects, using computer-assisted engineering and design software, calculating cost and determining feasibility of projects, and preparing detailed cost estimates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BS) from an accredited four-year college or university
- 7-10 years related experience as a Civil Engineer
- 2 years experience as a Project Manager or Team Lead
- Certified as a Professional Engineer (PE)
- Licensed PE in Arkansas and able to obtain license in other states as needed
