Role OverviewWe're hiring a Civil Engineering Designer to help manage nationwide expansion efforts and support the Internal Design team on Corporate and Branch projects.

Ensure Corporate & Branch facilities uphold the EquipmentShare design and engineering standards, execute multiple projects under various deadlines, and communicate efficiently with internal Project Managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements
- Able to work with a high degree of independence and be able to take the lead on initiatives with limited supervision
- Experience with commercial or industrial site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, paving, erosion control, and ADA design
- Experience with new construction and renovation projects
- Ability to apply, adapt, and manage, execution of civil engineering standards
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Proficiency in the following software: AutoCAD and Civil 3D, Bluebeam, Civil engineering design & analysis software (StormCAD, Hydro CAD, ArcGIS, etc.), Google Apps and/or Microsoft Office Suite
