Role OverviewThe Civil Engineering Intern will assist senior engineers with the evaluation, study, and design of water and wastewater pipelines and pumping stations, and work with clients to complete roadway, stormwater, underground utility, and infrastructure improvements.
What You Will Do
The intern will assist with tasks such as CAD design, water and wastewater system rehabilitation, hydraulic modeling computation, and data collection, and work independently on a variety of tasks.

Requirements
- Ongoing pursuit of a 4-year degree in Civil Engineering
- Maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.0/4.0
- Available to start May or June 2027
- Ability to travel throughout Baxter & Woodman service area (own transportation)
- Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of projects
- Strong verbal, computer, organizational, and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
