Entellus is a civil engineering, land surveying, and construction services firm seeking a Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience in land development design to help shape its Wood Cross, Utah office. The ideal candidate will hold a Utah Professional Engineer (PE) license and have proven expertise in managing projects, leading teams, and cultivating client relationships.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in land development design
  • Active Utah PE license
  • Proven experience in team leadership and staff management
  • Track record of successfully managing land development projects from start to finish
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to win work and grow client relationships
  • Proficiency in budgeting, market forecasting, and hiring
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a leadership team
