Job Description
HDR is seeking a Civil/Highway Project Engineer to lead teams in designing highway and site/civil projects. The candidate should have experience in roadway design, including geometry, utility, drainage, and grading.

Requirements

  • Lead the technical delivery of projects from concept development to final design
  • Work independently or as part of a team
  • Oversee, mentor, and review the work of junior staff
  • Coordinate workload and ensure completion of documents on schedule and within budget
  • Perform Project Engineer duties, including financial responsibility and contribution to progress reports
