Role OverviewThe Civil Lead Engineer, Renewables will provide leadership, management, and mentorship for the design team, overseeing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, quality assurance/quality control, and completion of civil engineering design on renewable projects, with a specific focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
What You Will Do
The role requires providing leadership, management, and mentorship for the design team, planning, coordinating, and executing the engineering design for specific services, defining project tasks, schedules, and resource requirements, and establishing goals for project deliverables and maintaining QA/QC standards.
